Accurate information

Use your own account and provide accurate student or alumni information. The Registrar determines account verification and document eligibility.

Account responsibility

Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. Do not upload another person's identity information or access records without authorization.

Request processing

Submitting a request does not guarantee document approval. The Registrar prepares documents and records physical release. Review staff instructions in your request details.
